The Amilla Estate: Six Bedroom Luxury Villa on Baa Atoll

Located on Baa Atoll in the Maldives, the Amilla Residence is a beautiful horseshoe-shaped estate. Nestled in its center is a 20 m (65 ft) lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounded by a sandy courtyard garden leading to the beach. It’s the perfect private sanctuary for groups of up to 14 people. A multitude of amenities are available for your group’s exclusive use, including a rooftop bar, a cinema room and a private spa.

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an airy atmosphere in the spacious living area. In its center is a fully-equipped kitchen. To the right lies the dining area, cinema room, games room and alfresco dining and bar area. There is a service kitchen and quarters for your staff as well. On the other side is a study/library, guest bedroom and bathroom. Climb the stairs to access five luxurious bedroom suites on one wing. The other wing houses the gym and spa with a sauna and steam room. A spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop cocktail lounge and sun terrace.

Almost every space within the Amilla Residence boasts spectacular ocean views. The garden level living spaces all open out onto the pool deck. Sun loungers are sunk into the shallow area of the pool, and there are several sun loungers that offer further opportunities for sunbathing and relaxing. To one side of the sundeck is the breezy alfresco dining area and bar with a modular sofa and dining table, and on the other side is a Jacuzzi. A veranda runs along the edge of the Amilla Residence.
