The villa has 5 luxurious bedroom suites, all east facing with sunrise and ocean views. Three suites have king beds, one suite has a queen bed and one has two full beds. All suites have floor to ceiling windows, Costa Rican sliding doors, “click-of-a-button” window shades, private balconies with outdoor showers, air-conditioning in all rooms and an LED TV & surround sound entertainment system. The kitchen features Italian ceramic dining ware and state-of-the-art appliances with two sinks, two ovens and an eight burner stove. For wine lovers there is a walk-in wine cellar with 500+ bottles of imported wine. Outdoor features include a private pool and Jacuzzi with a 360° view, an outdoor living area, a rooftop stargazing terrace, waterfall & landscaped gardens, a private sandy beach off the driveway and more.
