Eternity Villa Estate: Five Bedroom Luxury Villa on Magens Bay Beach

Overlooking beautiful Magens Bay Beach on the island of St. Thomas, Eternity Villa Estate is a modern oceanfront luxury villa. Located on 1.2 acres, the 4,000 square foot home has five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The additional 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space includes a 50-foot infinity swimming pool with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

Eternity Villa Estate features a 1,000 square foot living area that features a beautiful whitewashed shiplap ceiling that runs 14 feet high. The living area includes a media center with an 82-inch Samsung smart TV situated before a limestone accent wall. High-speed WiFi boosters are located throughout the home to offer seamless Internet access in every room. The villa is also equipped with a Sonos BOSE surround sound system.

The gourmet kitchen is appointed with quartz countertops and high-quality appliances, including a large built-in fridge, ice maker, wine cooler and gas cooktop. In the dining area, the Acacia wood table seats 12 guests. Each of the villa’s bedrooms has a king size bed and its own climate control system and private en-suite bathroom. The second main floor bedroom is furnished with three single beds that combine to form a king, ideally suited for relaxing family vacations or small corporate retreats.

Outdoors, enjoy the swimming pool where 50 feet of negative edge appears to flow into the ocean below, an even more stunning effect at night when lit up by colored LED lighting beneath the pool’s surface. Relax on a lounge chair in the semi-submerged sun shelf seating area or on a nearby daybed. Meals can be enjoyed poolside too, thanks to an outdoor BBQ and beverage center and a 10-seat dining table.
