Middle Cay: Luxurious Private Island off the Coast of Harbour Island

Situated just off the coast of Harbour Island, Middle Cay is a two-acre private island with five-star amenities, making it the ultimate secluded getaway. There are two homes – the main house with four bedrooms and a cottage with three bedrooms. In the main house, there is a spacious master suite with a king bed. This suite has beautiful ocean views, an en-suite bathroom and a private patio. The second bedroom suite in the main house has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The third suite has two twin beds and a hall bath. The fourth suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The cottage features a king suite with exterior access, ocean views and an en-suite bathroom. The second suite has two double beds, exterior access and an en-suite bathroom. The third suite is ideal for children, with a twin bunk bed, trundle bed and a half bath in the hall. Both homes have Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The main house features an open floorplan, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table for 8. The living room has a flatscreen cable TV and doors to the private patio. Outside, there is a heated pool and an outdoor shower. The cottage features a common area with exposed wooden beams and tile floors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the living room has a flatscreen cable TV, plush furnishings, a main dining table and a bar. The cottage opens to the patio.

Middle Cay has two boat docks and a 22-foot boat that is yours daily till midnight (you are responsible for the boat’s fuel). A path winds around the entire island, and a working lighthouse adds nautical charm. Snorkel gear, fishing gear, a canoe, a stand-up paddle board and three kayaks provided, perfect for enjoying a variety of water sports around the island. Activities available on nearby Harbour Island include jet skis, bicycles, golf cart rentals and more.
