The Cheemaun Beach Villa features a central open-plan great room that opens to the patio and overlooks the ocean. High ceilings create an airy atmosphere, and soft tones of beige and blue echo the hues of the Caribbean Sea. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, and there is a comfortable sitting area that’s perfect for reading a book or watching a movie.

The two master bedrooms are adjacent to the great room, and both of them could rival any honeymoon suite with their king beds, indoor and outdoor showers, ocean views and terrace access. The third bedroom has two queen beds and its own entrance via a side patio. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa also has a beautiful outdoor living area with a pool, beachfront patio, barbecue and al-fresco dining table.

Guests of the Cheemaun Beach Villa are welcome to use the Oil Nut Bay Beach Club facilities, which include swimming pools, bars and a wellness center. There is also a marina and a nature center. For kids, there is the Nut House Kid’s Club. The Cheemaun Beach Villa is located close to the community’s arrival dock, resort center and beach club, where you can borrow water sports equipment or participate in a yoga class.
