Located in Sumartin, a small fishing village on the island of Brač in Croatia, Villa Mila is a luxury waterfront estate with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating groups of up to 12 guests. Designed with great attention to detail, Villa Mila features local materials, such as the famous Brač stone, as well as top-quality furniture from around the world. The use of glass and sliding window doors makes for an airy atmosphere and ensures the breathtaking ocean view is preserved in every room.
Villa Mila’s six bedrooms each feature a king size bed (of which 4 are separable), an en-suite bathroom, a terrace and high-speed Internet access. The villa offers an infinity edge swimming pool, a sauna, a gym room and a floating dock with moorings. It is also equipped with an elevator, and one of the bedrooms was designed for guests with disabilities.
The villa is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German and Croatian).
