Isla Vista: Three Bedroom Luxury Villa near Cruz Bay

Isla Vista is a beautiful three bedroom luxury vacation villa overlooking Cruz Bay. As you arrive into the paved courtyard, the villa's arched portico leads into the gallery. A gorgeous arched doorway trimmed with island mahogany frames the pool, with a tiled travertine deck for relaxation and sunbathing punctuated by gardens and palm trees. From here you can enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean and Cruz Bay below and St. Thomas in the distance.

The Great Room features plush sofas for reading and relaxation or watching "DISH" TV, offering all sports, movies and music stations. This media system is operated by the latest SONOS system, so you can listen to music indoors and out by the pool. The Great Room also has a beautiful mahogany and marble wet bar for cocktails, as well as a dining area for six.

The villa's gourmet kitchen features lots of space, with beautifully crafted mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops and a professional gas cooktop. It has plenty of cooking and serving pieces, lots of small appliances and an office nook. Next to the kitchen is a separate open-air covered barbeque room with a stainless steel gas grill.

There are two king bedrooms, both of which are at pool level and feature California king beds and a shared bath with double sinks and a separate WC. Arched magogany French doors connect each bedroom to the pool and sun deck, perfect for an impromptu midnight swim. A staircase leads up from Isla Vista's main-level gallery to the fantastic master suite. The modern mahogany four-posted king bed faces a wide arched doorway, which escorts you out to the dramatic curved balcony with a table and chairs for two. It is a great spot that overlooks the pool and ocean in the distance, a place for cocktails and watching the sunset.

The spacious master bath is pure splendor, with a beautiful travertine vanity with double sinks, a separate WC, a step-out balcony and just outside, your private alfresco shower pavilion surrounded by serpentine walls that curve around manicured gardens. The shower pavilion expands into a tiled terrace, another private spot for reading and relaxation.
